One of the best areas in the game, Booty Bay is located on the southernmost tip of the Eastern Kingdoms. This seaside port is home to the Steamwheedle Cartel goblins, and a host of unsavory characters. It's WoW's version of Tortuga from the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise.
You gain access to Booty Bay through the southern portion of Stranglethorn Vale, and the entrance to the city is through a scuttled ship.
Those arriving by boat are greeted by a humble memorial to the city's de facto ruler, Baron Revilgas. The statue has seen better days, but like so many things, was victim to destruction during the Cataclysm, this time in the form of a giant tidal wave.
